I have just recently bought myself a Breitling Chronomat ref. B13048 I have tried manually winding the watch but it doesn't do anything. The seller claims that he checked the watch and it worked before shipment. Fully wind the watch manually with the crown, (not sure if it'd 40 or 50 turns or more), and set it aside to see when the watch stop running. Repeat the same procedure to fully wind the watch, this time wear the watch for a few days before setting it .
