I have this Michael Kors Jet Set chain ring tote that I got about 3-4 years back from their store at the International Mall. About a year ago the hardware at the bottom of one of the straps completely fell apart and I had to keep it together with a rubber band! Yes I have used the repair service and I would never do it again. It took almost 4 months and they just sent me a different bag as they didn't make the Grayson anymore, though it showed up in the outlets 2 months later. My advice would .
