Love both styles, but for the price difference, I'd personally go with the classic (since it's timeless) and save that extra money for your next Chanel. The new classic WOCs have a magnetic closure too, which I've read (on here) is much easier to use!

The top plate that says Chanel is beautiful. A perfect pale gold with black lettering. Honestly it looks too shiny but that’s just because it hasn’t had a chance to get beat up yet.
The trendy CC has a newer model where the CC logo has a swirly design as well as the Chanel on top. I have handled that in store and omg, it’s so beautiful! XiaoC also has that model.
