Dior managed to improve quite a lot on the Parfum with its Elixir flanker, and it's held in high regard with the Sauvage-fans. I'm sure the geniuses at Chanel can do something similar? Not that i'm complaining, I'm quite happy with my Bleu de Chanel Parfum, but looking at the timeline, I was expecting an "Elixir" of sorts last year from Chanel.From Sauvage, elixir might be the best performer but the scent is NOT blue/fresh/aquatic. It leans old school, actually, and is very heavy on the warm spices. So it really comes down to what you are looking for.
